Re: Changes in Working Days and Hours for Central Bank of Oman

  1. Consequent to change of working days for licensed banks and pursuant to the need to keep up operational, regulatory and supervisory proximity with licensed banks, Central Bank of Oman shall remain open from Sunday to Thursday (Friday and Saturday being weekly holidays) commencing from 1st July 2008.

  2. The following are the timings for operational interface of concerned Departments, as under, of Central Bank’s Head Office (on its working days and on days when licensed banks shall remain open and not the Central Bank -as in the case of holidays declared for the Government Sector only).
