Rules for Pricing Mechanism in Public Offering of Shares

Chapter 1 - Definitions and General Provisions

Article 1

In the application of this rules, words and expressions shall have the same meaning assigned to them in the Commercial Companies Law and Regulation for Public Joint Stock Companies and the following words and expressions shall have the meaning respectively assigned to them unless the context otherwise requires:

  • 1. MSX Muscat Stock Exchange Co. SAOC

  • 2. Related Parties Related parties as defined in the Capital Market Authority's (CMA) Code of Corporate Governance for public listed companies.

  • 3. System Part of MSX trading system for the purposes of book building or alternative electronic system for book-building provided by Muscat Clearing and Depository Company (MCD)
