After Compliments,

Further to Oman Capital Market Authority Circular No. E/3/2020 dated 18 March 2020 on suspending convening general meetings of public joint stock companies in light of the current exceptional economic and health conditions in the Sultanate. In an understanding of the shareholders and their expectation with regard to distribution of dividends and to ease the flow of such funds into the economy, it has been decided to approve the distribution of the proposed dividends vide the approved agenda sent to the shareholders and approved by the respective regulators provided the date of record will be the date specified in the notice advertisement and provided ratification of such dividends in the first opportunity when the meeting is held.
