We are delighted to inform you that the Capital Market Authority will hold a discussion session from 12 to 3 PM on Thursday April 23,2020 via video conferencing in collaboration with Muscat Clearing and Depository Company (MCDC) to review the Rules and Procedures for convening general meetings via electronic means which were issued recently in addition to the key features of the electronic portal for administering general meetings provided by MCDC to be followed by questions and answers.
