Subject: Calculation of Directors Remuneration Fees and Determination of Dividends

Reference is made to CMA's Oman Capital Market Authority Circular No. E/2/2007 dated January 14th, 2007, on the above captioned subject and in continuation of the policy of unifying the mechanisms for enforcement of the laws and regulations on the entities regulated by CMA, and after consultation with auditors of companies and the prevailing international practices.

It has been decided to allow distribution of dividends and directors' remuneration fees after deduction of minority interests appearing in the consolidated financial statements prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards.
