With reference to Oman Administrative Decision No. E/25/2020 and

Oman Capital Market Authority Circular No. E/8/2020, we call on all public joint stock companies and investment funds to commence the procedures to convene their general meetings as per the applicable regulations, rules and procedures issued by CMA via electronic means as indicated in the above decision and circular. The last date for convening the general meetings, which were suspended via CMA's circular No. E/3/2018 dated March 18, 2020, will be on June 30,2020.
