In view of the exceptional circumstances in the Sultanate and in understanding the situations of the public joint stock companies and investment funds that preclude them from complying with the disclosure of the financial statements and the initial results for the quarter that ended on 31 March 2020 during the statutory period, we hereby notify the following:

1. Extension of the disclosure period of the quarterly financial statements and the initial results up to end of June 2020.

2. The board of directors may approve the quarterly financial statements in a meeting by video conferencing or a resolution by circulation.
