• Completed application form

• Passport copy for all owners and person in charge (valid for at least 7 days)

Required documents to open a Branch or Representative office (company applying for new license):

• Completed application form

• Valid company trade license from current company

• Memorandum of Incorporation

• Board of Resolution

• Passport copy for person in charge (valid for at least 7 days)

• Power of Attorney

*All signed documents must be attested if current company is outside of the UAE.

*Applicant can apply for more than one license.
