• Original certificate of registration or original certificate of incorporation of the parent company (notarized & attested)*

• Original certificate of good standing of the parent company (notarized & attested)*

• Memorandum and articles of association of the parent company (notarized & attested)*

• Board resolution calling to establish FZ company in Dubai Airport Freezone, showing the total capital of the company and the share of each partner in the capital, and a guarantee for the full financial commitment for the Dubai Airport Freezone operation (notarized & attested)*

• Appointment of manager (notarized & attested)*

• Manager's valid passport copy

• Manager's power of attorney (notarized & attested)*

• Manager's specimen signature (notarized & attested)*

• Appointment of director (notarized & attested)*, specimen of his/her signature (notarized & attested)* and valid passport copy

• Appointment of secretary (notarized & attested)*, specimen of his/her signature (notarized & attested)* and valid passport copy

• Appointment of negotiator or legal representative, power of attorney and specimen of his/her signature (notarized & attested)*

• Original bank statement of share capital of AED 500,000 allocated for the Free Zone company
