Regulations to make provision for the formation and registration of companies in the Abu Dhabi Global Market.

Date of Enactment: 29 April 2020

The Board of Directors of the Abu Dhabi Global Market, in exercise of its powers under Article 6(1) of Abu Dhabi Law No. 4/2013 concerning the Abu Dhabi Global Market issued by His Highness the Ruler of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, hereby enacts the following Regulations–

Article 1 - Companies

  1. In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires “company” means a company formed or registered under these Regulations (whether or not it was incorporated under these Regulations).
