This Employment Contract refers to Federal Law No. 8/1980 Concerning the Regulation of Labour Relations, which was recently abrogated by Federal Decree-Law No. 33/2021 On Regulation of Labour Relations. Federal Decree-Law No. 33/2021 will come into effect on 2 February 2022, and this Contract is therefore valid until then.
