Drafting note

This Employment Contract refers to Federal Law No. 8/1980 Concerning the Regulation of Labour Relations, which was recently abrogated by Federal Decree-Law No. 33/2021 On Regulation of Labour Relations. Federal Decree-Law No. 33/2021 came into effect on 2 February 2022.

An unlimited term contract is open-ended and may in general be terminated at any time as long as the terminating party fulfils the notice requirements as per Federal Law No. 8/1980 Concerning the Regulation of Labour Relations.
