The QICDRC e-Court

Overview

  • In 2018, the Qatar International Court and Dispute Resolution Centre (QICDRC) launched ‘eCourt'- the specialist electronic case management system for those involved in proceedings before the Qatar International Court (Court) and QFC Regulatory Tribunal (Tribunal).

  • Whilst eCourt has been tailored to the requirements of the Regulations and Procedural Rules of the Court and Tribunal (the Rules), parties and their legal representatives are reminded that they must ensure that they familiarise themselves with the Rules before commencing or responding to proceedings.

  • This Practice Note provides an overview of how to use eCourt and outlines some of its benefits.
