1.1 [Except to the extent expressly provided otherwise in this agreement,]T OR the rights and remedies given to the parties in this agreement are in addition to, without prejudice to, and not exclusive of, any and all other rights or remedies given to them whether by this agreement, by law or otherwise and all such rights and remedies are cumulative.

1.2 [Except to the extent expressly provided otherwise in this agreement,]T OR the termination of this agreement for any cause whatsoever shall be without prejudice to any and all rights and claims of a party that shall, or may, have accrued prior to such termination.
