1 Probationary period
1.1 The first three months of your employment is a probationary period, during which:
1.1.1 the Employer will monitor your performance, conduct and suitability for the employment and, if it finds them to be satisfactory, confirm your continued employment by written notice to you;
1.1.2 [in particular, it is a condition of successful completion of your probationary period, that set out details of any particular conditions, such as successful completion of any qualifications;]
1.1.3 if you or the Employer so elect, your employment may be terminated by either party giving the other not less than one week's notice, such notice to be given at any time during your probationary period (or extended probationary period).
