1 The Consultant shall submit an account (the ‘Account') for sums due in respect of an instalment at the end of the calendar month in which such instalment and/or any Additional Fees becomes payable. Such Account shall be the notice of payment and shall state the sum that the Consultant considers to be due to him (the ‘notified sum') and the basis on which the sum due has been calculated and shall be supplemented by such other information as may be necessary to allow the Employer to verify the Account to its satisfaction.

2 The due date for payment shall be seven days after the date of receipt by the Employer of the Account.

3 The final date for payment shall be fourteen days after the due date for payment.

4 Subject to insert number of pay-less clause, the amount of the payment to be made on or before the final date for payment shall be the notified sum.
