1 The Fee shall be paid by instalments as provided in Schedule [insert] provided that the Employer shall be entitled to reschedule the instalments if, in the Employer's reasonable opinion, the amount of the Fee which would otherwise be payable does not substantially correspond as a proportion of the whole of the Fee to the Services set out in Schedule [insert] properly performed by the Consultant at that time.
