“Banking Days" are days on which banks are open both in the country of the currency stipulated for the Purchase Price in Clause 1 (Purchase Price) and in the place of closing stipulated in Clause 8 (Documentation) and ______ (add additional jurisdictions as appropriate).

“Buyers' Nominated Flag State” means ______ (state flag state).

“Class" means the class notation referred to above.

“Classification Society" means the Society referred to above.
