Clause

1 [There are no fixed disciplinary rules in force affecting you [but the Company will abide by insert details, e.g., the Code of Practice - Disciplinary and Grievance Procedures]. Any disciplinary matters affecting you will usually be dealt with by the Managing Director OR Chief Executive OR Chairman of the Company. Should you wish to appeal against any disciplinary decision, you should submit your appeal in writing to the Board and your application will be dealt with by the Board, whose decision will be final.

2 If you wish to seek redress for any grievance relating to the Employment you should submit your grievance in writing to the Managing Director OR Chief Executive OR Chairman of the Company. If the matter is not then settled, you should submit your appeal in writing to the Board and your appeal will be dealt with by the the Board, whose decision on such grievance will be final.
