It acknowledges and agrees that it shall be solely responsible for all consequences arising out of or connected with such decision.

The Franchisee further confirms that it has read, understood, had an opportunity to discuss and has agreed to each provision of the Agreement.

The Franchisee has been under no compulsion to sign the Agreement.

This letter is considered delivered and takes effect on the date stated at the beginning of it.
