Based on recent discussions with peers, one of the few things that GCs in our region have in common is the diversity of our roles and the responsibilities we hold.

For example, I'm head of strategy at Flash, and I've previously held responsibility for the HR and IT departments. I know a GC in the leisure and sports space who has overall responsibility for commercial partnerships within the business he advises.
