Garden Leave means any period during which the Company exercises its rights under Clause insert relevant clause number, or in this case, Clause 1.1;

1.1 The Company is under no obligation to vest in or assign to you any powers or duties or to provide any work for you to do and at any time after you or the Company has given notice to terminate the Employment, or if you purport to terminate the Employment in breach of contract, the Company OR Board may in its absolute discretion, by written notice, place you on Garden Leave for all or any part(s) of the remainder of the Employment.

1.2 During any period of Garden Leave:

• 1.2.1 the Company will be under no obligation to provide any work to you or vest any powers in you and may employ or appoint any other person to carry out your duties and functions and exercise your powers under this Agreement;
