When this agreement is signed by all the parties, the Agreement will create legally binding obligations to the parties. The Franchisor strongly recommends that the Franchisee takes appropriate legal or other professional advice prior to signing this Agreement. In signing this Agreement the Franchisee confirms that they have read this Agreement, understands it, and agrees further to be bound by its terms and conditions. Further, each party acknowledges that they have entered into this Agreement willingly with full knowledge of the obligations imposed by the terms of this Agreement. In signing the advice letter by the Franchisee, the advice is considered to have been obtained, or the advice waiver letter shall be signed if the Franchisee has chosen not to seek such advice.
