1 Expenses—example 1
1.1 You are not entitled to claim expenses unless expressly authorised to do so by the Employer. Any authorised expenses will be reimbursed to you on presentation of such receipts, vouchers or other evidence of actual payment as may be required by the Employer.
2 Expenses—example 2
2.1 The Employer will reimburse to you:
2.1.1 all [reasonable] travelling, hotel and other expenses which are reasonably, OR wholly, necessarily and exclusively incurred by you in the performance of your duties;
2.1.2 enter percentage% of the line rental of your domestic telephone [and mobile telephone] and any call charges for calls which are [wholly, necessarily and exclusively] incurred in the discharge of your duties;
