Drafting note
This precedent execution clause is for an administrator entering into a contract in their own capacity (as opposed to on behalf of the company in administration - see Precedent: Execution Clause - Administrator - Contract). It is not always the case that the administrators will be added as a party to a contract entered into by the company in administration but they may be added for the purpose of receiving the benefit of certain acknowledgements and exclusions in their favour contained in or under the provisions of the contract.
