1 The Contractor has examined the Employer's Requirements and the Contractor is satisfied that the Contractor's Proposals will meet the Employer's Requirements and accepts responsibility for the entire design contained in the Employer's Requirements and the Contractor's Proposals.

2 The Contractor shall be deemed to have verified all information contained in the Employer's Requirements and to have obtained any supplementary information needed in respect of the Employer's Requirements.
