1 The Contractor acknowledges that the Employer, Funders, Purchasers, Tenants, Other Interested Third Parties and/or persons employed or otherwise engaged by them, may require access to the Works or across the Site before practical completion of the Works. The Contractor shall allow such access to take place. To the extent not provided by the Contract Documents, the Employer and the Contractor (both acting reasonably) shall agree an access regime. Such access regime, once agreed between the Parties (including any revision of the same), is referred to in this Contract as the ‘Access Regime'. The Contractor shall prepare and agree with the Employer (both acting reasonably) a schedule of condition for the areas to which such access will be given pursuant to this clause. The Contractor shall comply with the Contract Documents and the Access Regime and with all reasonable instructions of the Architect/Contract Administrator with regard to the same.
