A just and fair competition in the market plays a vital role in attracting businesses in the jurisdiction and discouraging the idea of monopoly in the market. This Practice Note attempts to provide a brief understanding on Bahrain Law No. 31/2018 on the Issuance of the Competition Promotion and Protection and how it discourages the idea of monopoly.
