The significant growth in the economy of the Kingdom of Bahrain has led to an increase in the demand for international products and services. The increasing demand and Bahrain's effort to fulfil such demands of the consumers has led to the development of concepts and arrangements related to agency, distributorship, franchisee in the jurisdiction. This Note attempts to provide a brief understanding of the laws governing the agency arrangement in Bahrain and provides a practical guide which will facilitate in understanding the specific requirement for an agency arrangement in Bahrain i.e., registration process and key elements of an agency agreement.
