The Abu Dhabi Commercial Court issued on the 4th of April 2021, a resolution number 41-2021 signed by H.E the Undersecretary of Abu Dhabi Judicial Department (“ADJD”) in relation to the launch of a new set of Arbitration Court bilingual forms, covering all aspects of the Arbitration stages before the court of the seat, in accordance with Federal Law No. 6/2018 on Arbitration.

This drafting note will highlight in a nutshell the different aspects of those forms and their impact on Abu Dhabi Courts as an arbitration friendly court of the seat.
