Türkiye has granted IP rights in a number of legal regulations. These legal regulations consist of:

  • Turkey Law No. 6769/2017 on the Industrial Property;

  • Turkey Law No. 5846/1951 on the Intellectual and Artistic Works;

  • Turkey Law No. 5147/2004 on the Protection of Integrated Circuit Topographies; and

  • Turkey Law No. 5042/2004 on the Protection of Plant Breeders' Rights for New Plant Varieties.
