Turkey Law No. 6769/2017 on the Industrial Property;
Turkey Law No. 5846/1951 on the Intellectual and Artistic Works;
Turkey Law No. 5147/2004 on the Protection of Integrated Circuit Topographies; and
Turkey Law No. 5042/2004 on the Protection of Plant Breeders' Rights for New Plant Varieties.
