  • Egypt Law No. 14/2025, as amended (the new Labour Law), and its executive regulations;

  • Egypt Law No. 148/2019, as amended, on social insurance and its executive regulations;

  • Egypt Law No. 131/1948, as amended, on civil law; and

  • Egypt Law No. 91/2005, as amended, on income tax law.

Articles 4 and 5 of the Labour Law prohibit harassment, bullying and discrimination in employment based on gender, race, language, religion or beliefs.
