Individuals have the right to ask organisations for a copy of and information on their personal data in a readable and clear format, including the legal justification for collecting their personal data, the purpose of the collection, what it is being used for, and who it is being shared with, pursuant to Saudi Arabia Royal Decree No. M19/1443 On the Approval of the Personal Data Protection Law (Saudi Arabia Cabinet Decision No. 98/1443 Personal Data Protection Law) and Saudi Arabia Administrative Decision No. 1516/1445 Approving the Implementing Regulation of the Personal Data Protection Law.

They also have the right to request correction of personal data they believe is inaccurate, incorrect or incomplete, and the right to destruction or personal data in certain circumstances.
