Justice Minister outlined a phased implementation plan: Phase One: Initial trial at Amman Court of First Instance and Digital signatures for judges and ministry staff. Phase Two: Extension to 18,000 lawyers, Integration of witnesses and expert witnesses, Electronic case filing system and Online payment processing.
