Ghada Qaisi Audi is manager of judicial support and communications at Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Courts. She recently headed a seminar entitled “Women in the Law and Judiciary”, organised with Westlaw Gulf as part of the DIFC Courts' Lecture Series. The event sought to discuss the challenges women face in the regional legal sector; but also presented the real-life experiences of some of the UAE's top female judges and lawyers. Following on from this session, The Oath spoke to her in detail about the role of women and the issues, if any, they face.
