The underlying dispute arose over the employment of the Claimant by the Defendant under an offer letter dated 10 October 2021. The Claimant’s salary as per the Offer letter was USD 120,000 annually.
The Offer Letter provided for a commencement date of 1 November 2021 in the position of Managing Director.
The Claimant terminated his employment and submitted his resignation letter by way of email on 12 September 2022 relying on Article 63(1) of the DIFC Law No. 2/2019.
