Background
An employee filed a case against a company before the court. He requested the court to order the company to pay his financial entitlements. He said that the company had dismissed him from his post without notice.

The employee appealed the ruling before the court of cassation. He said in his grounds of appeal that the ruling had erred in the application of law. He said that he had maintained before the court that he deserved the holiday pay but the court had dismissed his defence.
Decision
The court said that this argument was valid. The court said that the case documents revealed that the employee deserved the holiday pay according to Article 70 of Kuwait Law No. 6/2010.
The court repealed the appealed ruling.
