Background
An employee filed a case against an employer before the court. He requested the court to order the employer to pay his financial entitlements. He said that the company had failed to pay these entitlements.
The court ruled that the employer should pay the employee 2191.421 Dinars.
The two parties appealed the ruling before the court of appeal. The court dismissed the appealed ruling and ruled that the employer should pay the employee 17283.856 Dinars.
The employer appealed the ruling before the court of cassation. He said in his grounds of appeal that the ruling had erred in the application of law. He said that the court had violated Article No. 51 of Kuwait Law No. 6/2010 on end of service gratuity and Article . 82 and 83 of the Law of Social Insurance.
