Federal Environment Agency Resolution No. 13/1999 On the Regulation of Circulation of Ozone-Depleting Substances
The chairman of the board of directors of the Federal Environment Agency,
Pursuant to the perusal of the Constitution; and
Federal Law No. 1/1972 on the jurisdictions of ministries and competences of ministers and the amending law thereof; and
Federal Law No. 7/1993 on the establishment of the Federal Environment Agency; and
Cabinet Resolution No. 204/11/1989 on the approval of the adherence of the UAE State to the Vienna Convention for the Protection of the Ozone Layer and Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer; and
Based on the text of Article 23 of the aforementioned Federal Law No. 7/1993, stipulating that the resolutions issued by the Agency in the field of competence thereof, shall be binding to the concerned authorities within the State,
Has issued the following Resolution:
Article 1
The provisions set forth in the present Resolution shall apply to compounds (substances) that deplete the ozone layer, according to the following data:
