Ministerial Resolution No. 69/1989 On the Specification of Conditions and Procedures of Licensing of Foreign Companies for the Practice of the Activities Thereof in the State

The Minister of Economy and Commerce,

Pursuant to the perusal of Federal Law No. 1/1972 on the jurisdictions of ministries and competences of ministers and the amending laws thereof; and

Federal Law No. 5/1975 on the commercial register; and

Federal Law No. 8/1984 on commercial companies and the amending laws thereof; and

Ministerial Resolution No. 34/1976 on the implementing regulation of aforementioned Federal Law No. 5/1975 AD; and

Resolution of the Minister of Economy and Commerce, Ministerial Resolution No. 58/1985 on the specification of conditions and procedures of licensing of foreign companies for the practice of the activities thereof in the State,

Has issued the following Resolution:

Article 1

In the implementation of the provisions of the present Resolution, the following terms and expressions shall have the meanings assigned thereto:
