Pursuant to the perusal of the Federal Law No. 1/1972 on the jurisdictions of the ministries and powers of the ministers, and the amending laws thereof; and

Federal Law No. 5/1975 on the commercial register and the Implementing Regulation thereof; and

Federal Law No. 8/1984 on commercial companies and the amending laws thereof; and

Ministerial Resolution No. 377/2010 on the approval of the guide to licensing procedures of branches and offices of facilities established abroad and in the free zones of the State; and

Upon the proposal of the undersecretary of the Ministry;
