Ministerial Resolution No. 156/2003 On the Protection of Wages
The Minister of Labor and Social Affairs,
Pursuant to the perusal of the Federal Law No. 1/1972 on the jurisdictions of the ministries and powers of the ministers, and the amending laws thereof; and
Federal Law No. 8/1980 on the regulation of labor relations, and the amending laws thereof; and
Federal Law No. 22/1995 on the regulation of the auditing profession; and
Cabinet Resolution No. 5/1995 on the organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs; and
Ministerial Resolution No. 851/2001 on the cessation of transactions with infringing facilities; and
Upon the proposal of the undersecretary of the labor sector; and
With respect to the public interest;
Has issued the following resolution:
Article 1
Appointed workers earning annual monthly wage must receive their wages once per month at least.
Article 2
Except for the provision of Article 1 hereinabove, all other workers shall receive their wages once every two weeks at least.
