Ministerial Order No. 28/1/1981 On the Issuance of the Standard Regulation of Sanctions by Which the Employers Shall be Guided in Setting Sanctions Pertaining to the Establishments Thereof
Minister of Labor and Social Affairs,
Pursuant to the perusal of Federal Law No. 1/1972 on the jurisdictions of ministries and competences of ministers and the amending laws thereof; and
Federal Law No. 8/1980 on the regulation of work relations; and
Acting upon the proposal made by the undersecretary,
Have issued the following Resolution:
Article 1
The employers shall be guided by the annexed standard regulation of sanctions*[1] in the sanctions regulations applicable to workers in the establishments thereof.
Article 2
Every employer must submit to the competent Labor Department in the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs the sanctions regulation proposed thereby to be enforced on the workers in the establishment thereof, in view of approving same by the aforementioned Department prior to the application thereof. Furthermore, he must get the approval for any amendments made thereby to said regulation prior to the application of said amendments.
