After perusal of Federal Law No. 1/1972 on the Competencies of Ministries and Powers of Ministers, and its amendments;

Cabinet Decision No. 118/2023 on the controls of the Policy of Valorisation of Industrial-Use Waste;

Cabinet Decision No. 119/2023 on the administrative violations and penalties imposed upon violators of the provisions of Cabinet Decision No. 118/2023 on the controls of the Policy of Valorisation of Industrial-Use Wastes;

Cabinet Decision No. 131/2023 on the fees of export of industrial-use waste;

Ministerial Decision No. 140/2024 on the re-designation of the members of the Committee of the Policy of Valorisationof Industrial-Use Wastes, and the determination of its functioning system and competencies;

The recommendation of the Committee of the Policy of Valorisation of the Industrial-Use Wastes issued in its meeting dated 17 September 2024; and

Based on the proposal of the Undersecretary of the Ministry,

Has decided the following:
