Ministerial Decision No. 96/2024 Determining the Specifications and Requirements for the Content of Medically-Assisted Reproduction Centres

The Minister of Health and Prevention,

After perusal of:

Federal Law No. 1/1972 on the competencies of Ministries and the powers of Ministers, and its amendments;

Federal Law No. 7/2019 on the medically-assisted reproduction, and its amendments;

Cabinet Decision No. 64/2020 on the Implementing Regulation of Federal Law No. 7/2019 on the medically-assisted reproduction;

Cabinet Decision No. 11/2021 on the Organisational Structure of the Ministry of Health and Prevention;

Based on the public interest requirements,

Hereby decides as follows:

Article 1

Medically-assisted reproduction centres shall fulfil the specifications and requirements stipulated in the annex of this Decision.

Any other provision that is contrary to or inconsistent with the provisions of this Decision shall be abrogated.
