The Minister of Labor and Social Affairs,
Pursuant to the perusal of Federal Law No. 1/1972 concerning the Jurisdiction of the Ministries and the Powers of the Ministers and the amending laws thereof; and
Federal Law No. 8/1980 concerning the Regulation of Labor Relations and the amending laws thereof; and
Federal Law No. 18/1995 concerning the Simple Crafts; and
Cabinet Decision No. 5/1990 concerning the Organizational Structure of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs; and
Cabinet Decision No. 12/1998 concerning the Determination of the Fees of Registration of Craftsmen in the Register of the Simple Crafts, and the formalities related thereto; and
Subsequent to the coordination with the pertinent authorities; and
Acting upon the proposal of the Undersecretary,
Has decided the following:
Article 1
The provisions of Law No. 18/1995 shall apply to the activities mentioned in Table no. 1 enclosed to the present Regulation.
