Ministerial Decision No. 914/2019 Forming a Committee for the Management of Frozen, Seized and Confiscated Assets
The Minister of Justice:
Pursuant to the perusal of Federal Law No. 1/1972 on the competencies of the ministries and the powers of the ministers and its amendments;
Ministerial Decision No. 534/2019 establishing a Committee for the Management of Frozen, Seized, and Confiscated Assets;
Decision of the Supreme Council of the Federal Judiciary, dated 13/10/2019, approving the appointment of judges and prosecutors as members of the Committee for the Management of Frozen, Seized and Confiscated Assets,
Has issued the following Decision:
Article 1
The Committee for the Management of Frozen, Seized and Confiscated Assets shall be formed under the chairmanship of Judge/Ahmed Rashid Hassan Al Salman – Chief judge at the Court of Appeal - and the membership of each of the following members of the judiciary:
- Judge/Ahmed Muhammad Abdullah Bin Ala Al-Dhanhani - Chief judge at the Court of Appeal - as member
- Judge/Ahmed Saeed Obaid Al Naqbi - Chief judge at the Court of Appeal - as member
