Ministerial Decision No. 905/2022 On the Reformation of the Committees of Settlement of Tax Disputes in the Emirate of Dubai

The Minister of Justice,

After perusal of Federal Law No. 1/1972 on the competencies of the Ministries and powers of the Minister, and its amendments;

Federal Decree-Law No. 3/1983 on the Federal Judiciary, and its amendments;

Federal Law No. 7/2017 on the tax procedures, and its amendments;

Cabinet Decision No. 23/2018 on the formation of the committees of settlement of tax disputes, and their functioning system and the procedures followed thereby;

Ministerial Decision No. 691/2020 on the formation of the Committee of Settlement of Tax Disputes of the Emirate of Dubai;

Ministerial Decision No. 759/bis/2021 on the renewal of the membership term of the members of the committee of settlement of tax disputes in the Emirate of Dubai for another term; and

Upon coordination with the Minister of Finance,

Has decided:

Article 1

Both permanent committees of the settlement of tax disputes in the Emirate of Dubai shall be reformed as follows:

First Committee:

1. Judge/Ahmed Ali Alzanhani

Chairman:

2. Expert/ Mohammed Said Al-Sherif
