Federal Law No. 29/2006 concerning the Rights of People with Special Needs, as amended by Law No. 14/2009;

Federal Decree-Law No. 3/2007 concerning Private Education;

Cabinet Decision No. 24/2001 on regulating the admission of expatriate children in the educational stages and its amendments;

Cabinet Decision No. 1/185/2001 on approving the reorganisation of primary and preparatory education and extending the commitment years;

Cabinet Decision No. 29/2008 on the Regulation concerning Private Education.

Cabinet Decision No. 22/2010 concerning the Organisational Structure of the Ministry of Education;

Ministerial Decision No. 20/2/1996 concerning the Regulation of Enrollment and Admission in Public Education Schools and its amendments.

Ministerial Decision No. 3481/2005 concerning the conditions and controls for admission to general education model schools; and

Based on the public interest requirements,
