Ministerial Decision No. 797/2014 On Stopping to Grant Work Permits to Establishments that Fail to Apply the Final Judicial Provisions with Respect to Labor Lawsuits and Cases

The Minister of Justice,

After perusal of Federal Law No. 1/1972 on the Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers;

The Law regulating Labour Relations promulgated by Federal Law No. 8/1980;

The Ministerial Decision No. 703/2013 on the regulation of suspension of the employer's establishments, and

Based on public interest requirements,

Decided the following:

Article 1

The granting of any work permits to the establishments registered at the Ministry, whether individual establishments or companies - which refrain from executing a final judicial judgment or a judgment for expeditious execution rendered in a labour lawsuit or case, shall be suspended. The suspension shall not be lifted unless after completion of execution and payment of the amounts decided in the judgment.
